Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, company name, and password (stored as a secure hash).

Employee data: As an admin, you add employee names, email addresses, roles, departments, pay rates, and PIN codes to manage your team.

Punch records: Clock-in and clock-out timestamps for each employee, including the date and time of each punch.

Location data: If you enable the GPS geofencing feature, we collect the GPS coordinates of employees at the time of each clock-in, and calculate and store the distance from your workplace address. This feature is off by default and must be explicitly enabled by the account administrator.

Device information: If enabled, we record whether each punch was made from a mobile phone or desktop browser. This feature is on by default and can be turned off in settings.

IP addresses: If you enable IP address logging in your settings, we record the IP address associated with each punch. This feature is off by default.

Payment information: We use Stripe to process payments. We store only the last 4 digits of your card and the card brand for display purposes. Full card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

Usage data: We may collect basic usage information such as pages visited and actions taken, to improve the service.
